“I help women get strong — not just in the gym, but in life. With over 11 years of coaching experience, I’ve supported women of all ages, with a particular passion for guiding those in perimenopause and menopause to feel powerful, capable, and confident in their bodies.
With a background in competitive powerlifting and a decade of dance, I blend strength, movement, and technique into training that genuinely works for your body — no cookie-cutter plans, no “push through it” nonsense.
I coach from a private studio in Leicester City, offering small group and semi-private sessions where you get focused coaching, a supportive community, and a space to learn safely. If you want expert guidance, honest feedback, and a coach who truly cares about your progress, I’m your girl.”
